Column vase - INI Ceramique

As if a piece of Greek architecture turned into a vase.

The Column vase from INI Ceramique is inspired by the elegant shapes of classical Greek columns. The result is a sculptural object that feels timeless and modern at the same time.

The vase is handmade from chamotte stoneware in the designer's studio. The outside is deliberately left rough, leaving the natural texture of the clay visible, while the inside is given a transparent glaze for a refined finish. The hand-painted blue illustrations give the object a subtle reference to antique ceramics.

Even without flowers, this vase works as a small design statement on a table, sideboard or shelf.
