If for any reason you are not satisfied and are considering returning your purchase, here is our refund and returns policy:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Right of withdrawal<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to the Distance Selling Regulations, European Union customers have 14 working days to exercise the right of waiver on your order with FunFetti. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.funfetti.shop\/en\/right-of-withdrawal\/\">Right of withdrawal<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Return procedure<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Before a parcel can be returned, please contact <a href=\"mailto:info@funfetti.nl\">info@funfetti.nl<\/a>. Following this, you will receive an e-mail with the full return procedure and a return number.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conditions for returns<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The order must be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt of the package, the resulting costs will be borne by the customer. <em>See <a href=\"http:\/\/www.postnl.nl\">www.postnl.nl<\/a> for more information on shipping rates.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Returns will only be accepted if the item is returned in its original condition, unused, unworn and in its original packaging. We therefore advise you to keep the supplied accessories at all times.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A (copy) packing slip should be included in the package.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Returns are always at the buyer's risk.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The processing time for a return is a maximum of 10 working days.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>Note! <\/strong>Customised products such as letters, house numbers, name chains, etc. cannot be returned.
