Refund and return policy of FunFetti

At FunFetti, we stand behind the quality of our products and want to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied and are considering returning your purchase, here is our refund and returns policy:

Right of withdrawal

According to the Distance Selling Regulations, European Union customers have 14 working days to exercise the right of waiver on your order with FunFetti. Right of withdrawal

Return procedure

Before a parcel can be returned, please contact info@funfetti.nl. Following this, you will receive an e-mail with the full return procedure and a return number.

Conditions for returns

  • The order must be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt of the package, the resulting costs will be borne by the customer. See www.postnl.nl for more information on shipping rates.
  • Returns will only be accepted if the item is returned in its original condition, unused, unworn and in its original packaging. We therefore advise you to keep the supplied accessories at all times.
  • A (copy) packing slip should be included in the package.
  • Returns are always at the buyer's risk.
  • The processing time for a return is a maximum of 10 working days.

Note! Customised products such as letters, house numbers, name chains, etc. cannot be returned. If in doubt as to whether this applies to the product you wish to order, please contact us at info@funfetti.nl.

Refunds

After receipt and inspection of the return, FunFetti will proceed to refund the purchase price (including any standard outward shipment costs) on the payment method you used during the purchase as soon as possible, but at the latest within 14 days after revocation. Please note that any additional costs resulting from a more expensive shipping method than the standard method will not be refunded.

If the returned product is not in its original condition or shows signs of use, this may result in a reduction in value and a partial refund.
